Dala has been supporting ProTunes One for over a year across the entire performance marketing spectrum.
The challenge was to make a completely unknown company visible to a large international user base in a highly competitive environment, while also designing and setting up data and tracking infrastructure from scratch.
With a consolidated campaign structure that centralised data and insights, we achieved maximum efficiency and a strong CAC from the outset, acquiring over 4k active users within the first month after launch.
We identified the website's weak points and optimised the conversion rate through A/B testing, adding new elements to the website resulting in an additional 43% increase in the conversion rate and a significant reduction in CAC later.
By implementing enhanced conversions in Google Ads, utilising conversion modelling as well as a revenue attribution of the individual channels through a third party tracking tool, we ensured an optimal data environment. This not only facilitated better decision-making, but also provided the algorithms with the data needed for further optimisation.and a significant reduction in CAC later.
We started by testing functional copy in static ads to determine which product aspects resonated most with the audience. Building on these insights, we crafted UGC video ads and used memes to add relatable and culturally relevant appeal to the campaign.
This approach refined our messaging and visuals, resulting in ads that resonated with the audience, driving higher engagement and significantly reducing CAC.
To improve user retention and engagement, we designed and implemented automated educational email flow.
Our primary goal was to create a system that would deliver valuable, timely information to help users better understand and utilise the product, thereby increasing their satisfaction and likelihood of continued use.
